Preeti

Preeti, 21, is pursuing B.A. from Delhi University and describes herself as an ambivert who respects and helps everyone. After completing 12th, she stayed at home and avoided meeting new people due to fear and lack of confidence. She did not know how to present herself or prepare for job opportunities. Through Emerge, she built confidence, improved communication skills, and learned how to prepare professionally for jobs. Today, she speaks confidently and continues working toward her goals with clarity and self-belief.

Isha

Isha, 20, is pursuing B.A. and is known for her punctuality and dedication. Before Emerge, she struggled with communication and financial dependency, and she lacked exposure to the outside world. After joining the fellowship, she gained confidence, improved her computer knowledge, and became financially independent. Today, she manages her own expenses and communicates confidently, reflecting strong personal growth.

Nandani

Nandani, 22, from Bihar, is pursuing B.A. and dreams of becoming a teacher. Before Emerge, she lacked time management, confidence, and independence. She rarely stepped outside and struggled to express herself. Through the program, she learned email writing, Google tools, communication skills, and the importance of time. Today, she travels independently, supports herself financially, and expresses her thoughts clearly. Her journey shows transformation from confusion to clarity.

Nisha

Nisha, 20, is pursuing B.A. Political Science (Hons.) from Delhi University and volunteers by teaching children at Learning by Locals. Before Emerge, she faced self-doubt, anger issues, and lack of confidence despite being good in academics. She had limited exposure and spent most of her time at home. Through Emerge, she developed communication skills, emotional control, teamwork, and confidence. Today, she is self-dependent, speaks confidently, and actively works toward her dream of becoming an English teacher.

Priyanka

Priyanka, 20, is pursuing B.A. Programme (History) from Delhi University and teaches small children. She has completed computer classes and developed typing and resume-building skills. Before Emerge, she spent most of her time at home with limited confidence and digital knowledge. She did not know how to use Google tools or travel independently. After joining Emerge, she learned time management, communication, computer skills, and the importance of English and mathematics. Today, she travels independently and confidently manages responsibilities.

Rakhi

Rakhi, 21, originally from Bihar and now living in Delhi, is pursuing B.A. Political Science (Hons.) and has completed an Office Executive course. Before Emerge, she lacked confidence in her abilities and had not considered pursuing a job seriously. Although her parents supported her, financial challenges limited her focus. Through the fellowship, she improved her English communication, digital skills, and self-discipline. Today, she earns independently, manages responsibilities confidently, and believes strongly in her potential.

Rohini

Rohini, 23, has completed her B.A. from Delhi University and teaches students at Learning by Locals. She describes herself as hardworking and confident. Before Emerge, she mainly stayed at home doing household chores and lacked communication skills. Through the fellowship, she learned effective communication, public speaking, and the importance of time and values. Today, she confidently interacts with others and continues developing herself professionally.

Artee

Artee, 24,she was also a participant in the 6th batch of the Emerge fellowship. After completing the fellowship, she started working and took charge of her own life. Today, she earns independently and contributes to managing her household. Her journey showcases determination and the empowering impact of the fellowship in building confidence and independence.

Ishana

Ishana, 21, she was part of the 6th batch of the Emerge fellowship. After successfully completing the program, she stepped into the professional world and began working. Today, she is financially independent and manages her personal as well as household responsibilities with confidence. Her journey reflects growth, resilience, and the positive impact of the fellowship in helping her become self-reliant.

Nargis

Nargis, 19, originally from Bihar and now residing in Delhi, is currently pursuing a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from a regular college. She is a confident and determined young woman who aspires to build a career as a teacher. Alongside her studies, she is already taking steps toward her goal by teaching English at Learning by Locals. Through the fellowship, Nargis has significantly enhanced her English communication, digital skills, and self-discipline. Today, she is independent, manages her responsibilities with confidence, and holds a strong belief in her own potential.

Sapna, 28, is a caring and hardworking individual who has completed her graduation and aims to secure a stable job and work as a social worker. Before Emerge, she believed her role was limited to household responsibilities and feared stepping outside independently. After joining the fellowship, she gained confidence, improved communication skills, and developed digital knowledge. Today, she volunteers, supports others, and sees herself as a responsible member of society beyond household roles.
